I also just now filed issue #1232, pointing out that the winbuild makefile
doesn't build the curl binary to have "curl -M" working. Just to make people
aware.
Now I get confused. May original diff had nothing to do with curl -M
I was only pointing out another existing flaw in the build files, I didn't
mean to imply it was what you were working on. Only that there's more work for
someone if we want that makefile to reach par with some of the others.
