Assuming you've already set up the repository in coveralls, you need a 
.travis.yml file which will push coverage results to coveralls. There appears 
to be a few methods that can be used for C code:

- https://github.com/eddyxu/cpp-coveralls is the method which is linked by 
coveralls.io themselves.
- https://gronlier.fr/blog/2015/01/adding-code-coverage-to-your-c-project/ : an 
alternative method using coveralls-lcov.

Either one ought to be straightforward to try in a branch.
