Yes and no. =)
Yes, we build HTTP/3 enabled versions (with both backends) in travis and we
run all the tests to make sure the HTTP/3 powers don't destroy any non-HTTP/3
stuff. We then build against quiche's and ngtcp2's latest git branches.
No, we don't yet have any HTTP/3 tests in the test suite.
