new patch release 3.0.1

Curl Corporation has released a new patch version 3.0.1.  You can get to it 
on www.curl.com by picking Update Surge from your Start menu, or on the 
system tray Surge icon menu.

It only has a few bug fixes in it.  They include:

	Several fixes related to RecordSet and connections to database servers.

	A bug related to share style UNC file path, like \\MyMachine\mydir\mysubdir.

	A bug in api-version-switch.

	Improved performance of OCC unpacking.
