hi folks.
there appears to be no fall out, but just in case there is, i've imported the latest 4.8 branch snapshot and plan to get it updated in netbsd-7 as well. this update fixes several sh3 issues, as well as over 50 GCC PRs, over what we have already. enjoy. .mrg.
