Thanks for this note. Another user already remarked privately that this only affects NetBSD -- all operating systems using the bootstrap method were already using ${PREFIX}/pkgdb. The change is documented here: http://pkgsrc.org/news/pkgdb-change/ Feel free to improve this. Thanks, Thomas
