Hi,

As the title says, why is this the case?
I had an install done from an image a day or two into January 2022 and it
included /netbsd.gdb

Unfortunately, my system is still unstable and several crashes and core dumps
later, I got fs corruption.
So, I did a clean install.

$ uname -v
NetBSD 9.99.93 (GENERIC) #0: Sat Jan 8 17:25:19 UTC 2022
[email protected]:/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/GENERIC

and /netbsd.gdb is missing.
Just got a crash and was about to try to get a backtrace but, it seems that if
I want to have /netbsd.gdb I need to compile the kernel from source.

I'll do this now but, thought I'd point-out this differnce.

Regards,
pin
