Well that all looks pretty normal/good!
All my Dell/PERC based systems are using mfi(4) (or aac(4) on a really
old PE2650), not mfii(4) so I don't know that I can be of much more
help.
The newest Dell server I currently run is an R510 with an H700 controller.
