Custos has recently been updated to better support running locally, see https://github.com/apache/airavata-custos/tree/develop#setup-custos-for-local-development These changes make it easier to run the Custos Portal out of the box with a local Custos deployment. - The README has been updated with getting started instructions for configuring a local Custos deployment.
