## Summary
Phase 1 of the airavata-api domain module reorganization (4 of 4 phases).
Restructures the four leaf modules that have no downstream dependents:
- **`o.a.a.common`** — Flat `common/utils/` → `common/config/`,
`common/db/`, `common/util/`, `common/server/`. Absorbs `patform/monitoring/`
and `api/client/`.
- **`o.a.a.messaging`** — `messaging/core/`, `messaging/client/`,
`db/event/manager/`, `service/messaging/` → `messaging/service/`,
`messaging/handler/`, `messaging/util/`.
- **`o.a.a.security`** — `security/`, `service/security/`,
`service/profile/` → `security/repository/`, `security/service/`,
`security/util/`, `security/profile/`.
- **`o.a.a.sharing`** — `sharing/registry/db/{entities,repositories,utils}/`
→ `sharing/model/`, `sharing/repository/`, `sharing/service/`,
`sharing/handler/`, `sharing/util/`.
326 files changed. Pure package reorganization — no logic changes. All
modules follow consistent internal layering
(model/repository/service/handler/task/util).

- [x] `mvn compile` passes across all modules (airavata-api,
airavata-thrift-server, integration-tests, all Spring Boot modules)
- [ ] `mvn test` full suite (CI)
- [ ] Manual verification: `tilt up` services start and health check passes
