## Summary - add a Profile model for persistent researcher identity data - add a SQL-backed profile store scaffold using sqlx - support basic profile lookup, create/update, email lookup, and external identity linking ## Notes This is intentionally scaffolding for the unified researcher identity/profile service. It does not add database migrations, REST endpoints, service wiring, or tests yet.
