yasithdev opened a new pull request, #625:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airavata/pull/625

On every server restart against an existing DB, default-data seeding re-ran
and `SharingService.create{Domain,EntityType,PermissionType}` logged the
expected `DuplicateEntryException` at ERROR (with stack traces) because it was
caught by `catch (Throwable)`, logged, and wrapped. Re-throw the declared
`DuplicateEntryException` before the `Throwable` catch so the idempotent seeder
handles it quietly; real errors still log. Verified: restart against a seeded
DB now logs zero duplicate-seed errors.
