Removes several self-contained clusters of unreachable code, each verified to have no external callers: the StatCounter/CountWriterTask/LatencyWriterTask instrumentation trio (which also started Timer threads writing to hardcoded /tmp paths), the unused SwingUtil AWT/Swing helper, the unwired MonitoringServer with its ServiceRegistry/ServiceStatus (metrics are served by Spring Actuator), the unused LocalEventPublisher, a dead SSH-adaptor cluster in compute-service, and the unused appcatalog proto-builder helpers. About 1,600 lines removed; the full reactor builds green and no live classes (the StorageResourceAdaptor interface, GaugeMonitor/CountMonitor) are touched. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
