sharing-service carried its own util.SharingHelper, a near-duplicate of the shared org.apache.airavata.util.SharingHelper (which the other six services already use) that was additionally annotated @Service despite a private constructor and only-static methods. Its sole consumer, ResourceSharingService, now uses the core helper directly: the call arguments are compatible (registryHandler is a RegistryProvider, gatewayGroupsInitializer a GatewayGroupsProvider, and sharingHandler a SharingService that implements the SharingFacade the core createManageSharingPermissionTypeIfMissing expects), and it only used retrieveGatewayGroups/createManageSharingPermissionTypeIfMissing.
