Completes file-listing metadata (following #652) so the storage listing carries a per-file data-product URI, which clients use for download/delete/select. Adds a find-data-product-by-(gateway, replica filePath) JPQL join query and a get-or-create-by-path on StorageProvider (reuse an existing data product for the path, else register a FILE data product). UserStorageService populates FileMetadataResponse.data_product_uri per file, best-effort (a missing/failed URI never fails the listing; directories are skipped). The registry's by-path dedup replaces the SDK's UserFiles table. Tradeoff: the first listing of a large directory registers a data product per new file; a DB index on the replica filePath is advisable at scale. Verified: compile green, storage+research tests pass, and live the URI is stable across calls (resolved, not re-registered). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
