## Summary - Wire admin Users Management to the live users/roles APIs (list users, identities, roles, privileges) - Support multi-role assign/unassign from the Manage Roles UI, with client-side rollback on failure - Handle empty proxy responses for 204/205/304 ## Known limitation / follow-up Role updates currently call sequential per-role `POST/DELETE` (`assign` / `unassign`).
