Log:
Remove two knobs WITH_SYSTEM_FREETYPE and WITH_TTF_BYTECODE_ENABLED.
Since OOO300_m1 and DEV300_m30, OOo no longer ship a
private copy of libfreetype.so (CWS rmfreetype).
