I'm not really sure.  The only TeX-based engine I have used to typeset
UTF-8 encoded Greek text is XeLaTeX with pdflatex.  XeLaTeX _does_
support the full character range of Greek text, and it allows one to use
TrueType fonts, but I am not sure how well it may fit with the current
jadetex based setup.
