Log:
- Utilize new features: USE_RC_SUBR, SUB_FILES. It simplifies Makefile.
- Fix pkg-message
- Remove redundant code from a startup script
- Install a sample config in EXAMPLESDIR instead of PREFIX/etc
- Refine pkg-descr a little
