These are *all* bogus, no ports depends on php5-pcre or php5-spl. You should have something wrong in bsd.php.mk.
I remember reading something about "in the next days" some days ago. The rest I must have missed. As you missed my mails on our list (how many ports does this commit touch? and how many packages have their dependencies changed?).
Yes, I have missed it. I only read your "[ HEADS UP ] Ports unstable for the next 10 days" and the Erwin message about no sweeping commits until 7.3-RELEASE.
