Log:
- Update to 1.3.9
- Change MASTER_SITES to MASTER_SITE_GNU
- Add proper CONFIGURE_ARGS
- Remove old patches
- Possibly fix security issues (it will need more investigation, this version
is still marked as vulnerable in VuXML, I'll check later)
