A few notes about the *.msi packages:
* happy-1-13.msi makes an entry in the "Program" menu, but this should
be localized (e.g. "Programme" on German WinDoze systems). The newer
GHC packages get this right.
* You need administrator privileges to install ghc-6-0.msi. Is this
really needed?
* Although ghc-6-0.msi contains the GL headers now, the GLUT header is
still missing, but this is probably MinGW's fault. *sigh*
