Can we rename fptools/green-card to fptools/greencard, too? This would
be much more consistent and would simplify e.g. my autoconf fiddling.
If we agree on this, I would favour "cvs remove" + "cvs add" instead of
CVS surgery by hand. We still have the history after a remove/add, but
would lose consistency (e.g. for "cvs -D...") after surgery.
