CPP 3.3 #pragma

Apple's variant of CPP version 3.3 outputs lines of the form

#pragma GCC set_debug_pwd "/Users/wolfgang/GHC/head-build/happy/src"

which GHC doesn't like.
Could somebody with more "alex" experience than myself make GHC ignore 
such lines?
