Take a lot of stuff out of the Hugs prelude, specifically <windows.h>
and the window handles. Only allow communication through simple and
non-windows based commands.
IORemap is now included, which mainly does redefining puts, printf etc
to the WinHugs console and also has a few required API definitions.
