Thanks for reporting this, leaving them out wasn't
intentional. As you suspected, this was caused by an
upstream change (i.e., latest mingw installer doesn't
include support for these libs any longer.) Ought to be
able to work around that though without too much bother.

MSI version has no readline and GLUT and readline packages.
So, I can't use GLUT or readline packages, and if build document
for wxHaskell then Haddock notice problem about there is no
GLUT.haddock and there is no readline.haddcok.

Tar archived version (e.g. ghc-6.4.1.20050820-i386-unknown-mingw32.tar.gz )
has GLUT and readline library. And MInGW version's MinGW is
different and newer than Tar archived version. So I think you
forgot to install GLUT and readline to newer MinGW.
