Log:
Make the built-in printer less verbose:
* don't qualify with class and type names
* hide dictionary arguments
* hide fromInt/fromDouble applied to constants
The main effect is that pattern match exceptions become more readable,
though they still show things like _SEL.
Define VERBOSE_PRINTER in printer.c to get the old behaviour.
