* Control.Parallel.Strategies: deprecate sPar, sSeq, Assoc, fstPairFstList,
force and sforce.
Code comments indicated that sPar and sSeq have been superceded by sparking
and demanding, and that Assoc, fstPairFstList, force and sforce are examples
and hacks needed by the Lolita system.
