Not yet, but I will.
In fact, it works quite nicely. As long as you use GHCi from a Cygwin shell
(and do *not* set CYGWIN=tty), or from a Windows CMD shell.
I couldn't get my installed 6.4.2 or 6.6 to handle ^C in GHCi, so this is
definitely an improvement. 6.6.1 will have better ^C handling on Windows.
