753. Rendition driver fixes:
- Fix the mode size limits so that the set of modes that the driver
accepts isn't unnecessarily restricted.
- Fix color palette refreshing after VT switching.
- Fix a core dump at server exit with the hardware cursor was enabled.
- Add checking for supported depths. Without this the server could
crash if an unsupported depth was specified.
