* configure.in: added su checks for the modemlights applet
* modemlights/modem-applet.c: fixed all the known issues left,
turn it all asynchronous without breaking badly, fixed some leaks,
detect su at configure time and free things properly.
* modemlights/modemlights.glade: mark the OK button as default
