* graph/goffice-graph.h: add GOG_AXIS_SET_X.
* graph/gog-chart.c: (role_grid_can_add),
(gog_chart_axis_set_assign), (gog_chart_view_size_allocate): add grid
when we have only an X axis.
* graph/plugins/Makefile.am: add box-plots plugin
* graph/plugins/plot_boxes/Makefile.am: new plugin.
* graph/plugins/plot_boxes/gog-boxplot-prefs.glade:
