* windows/index.htrw: Tor does not provide GIMP packages anymore,
so his packages are only for developers. In addition, mention
that Windows 95 is not supported by GTK+ 2.4 (and GIMP 2.2).

* macintosh/index.htrw: X11 from Apple is now out of beta.
