* backends/file/e-cal-backend-file.c: added a GMutex for the idle saving
callback.
(save_file_when_idle, save): lock/unlock the mutex while setting values.
(e_cal_backend_file_finalize): unref the mutex.
(e_cal_backend_file_init): create the mutex.
