* configure.in: Test for freetype <= or > 2.1.7.
* xpdf/GPOutputDev.cc (getFontFaceEmbedded): uncomment Type1C
cid-to-gid code which is no longer necessary/breaks with freetype
> 2.1.7 (e.g. firefox ad). Ported from kpdf.
