* backends/groupwise/e-cal-backend-groupwise-utils.c:
(start_freebusy_session), (close_freebusy_session),
(e_gw_connection_get_freebusy_info): Return the error
message as NO_RESPONSE if the server is not responding.
* backends/groupwise/e-cal-backend-groupwise.c (get_deltas):
Handled the NO_RESPONSE error status.
