* configure.in: do it by the book (literally).
* libbalsa/address-book-extern.c: remove uneeded GNOME dependency.
* libbalsa/*.c: ditto.
* libinit_balsa/*.c: Druid needs GNOME.
* src/balsa-app.c: remove BALSA_MAJOR <2 remains.
* src/print.c: drop old gnomeprint-1.* support.
