(e_gw_item_to_cal_component): Added a string for
reply requested in send options.
* backends/groupwise/e-cal-backend-groupwise.c:
(e_cal_backend_groupwise_open): Removed the error
notify message for Repository offline since it would
be handled from frontend.
Fixes #72117
(e_cal_backend_groupwise_create_object): Check for
the UID, if not present send an error message.
