* app/widgets/gimpcontrollers.c (gimp_controllers_init): removed
some eeeky code that used to fiddle with the GimpController type.
* libgimpwidgets/gimpcontroller.c (gimp_controller_get_type): add
the GimpConfig interface here, where it belongs.
