* Added HtmlWriter class for generating HTML from a MimeMessage; added
EMailTests class to test this
* Implement injectEmail by converting the email to HTML and inserting
the ill-gotten result into the first Topic with the acursed fortune to cross
our paths - arrr!
(eventually perhaps we should store such messages as emails, and generate HTML
on the fly accordingly)
* Fix off-by-one error in pressgang.py allowing it to read input from stdin
