* libebook/e-contact.[ch] : Added
new field E_CONTACT_REV which reprsnets
the revision (last updated time of the contact)
Also Changed File As to File Under to match with ui
* backends/file/e-book-backend-file.c (do_create)
(e_book_backend_file_modify_contact) : set/update
the revsion field of the contact with current UTC time
Fixes #1069
