* libgda/gda-data-model-array.c:
(gda_data_model_array_remove_row):
Removed unused declaration.
* libgda/gda-table.[ch]: Added NAME_CHANGED signal, emited
when the table name change.
* libgda/gda-xml-database.c: Connect to NAME_CHANGED table
signal. When a table named change, the database hash update
to the new key (the new table name).
