* src/PixbufUtils.cs: add a scale to max size upscale bool and
overload. Remove buggy double copy.
* src/OriginalExport.cs: Add gallery name entry and clean up
scaling logic. Make the scale option work and make the open
option work.
* src/f-spot.glade: rework the orignal dialog.
