* bin/package-ooo, desktop/*.desktop.in: use BINSUFFIX also for the
desktop and icon file names, so they do not conlict; add OOVERSION
to the Name and Comment lines of the desktop files if the BINSUFFIX
is defined (this second hack is Novell only for now)
* bin/package-ooo: find gid_Module_Optional_Gnome filelist on the
right place
