* Filters/svgloader.py (rx_trafo): Modify the regular expression
to be more efficient, especially in cases where the trailing
closing parenthesis is missing.
* test_svg10_import.py (test_svg_transform_matrix): New. Test
cases for a transform attribute with a matrix.
