* app/core/gimpimagemap.[ch]: changed GimpImageMapApplyFunc to
be compatible with PixelProcessorFunc.

* app/base/threshold.[ch]: removed wrappers that used to
shift parameters around to match GimpImageMapApplyFunc and
PixelProcessorFunc signatures.

for all color operations.
