* client/yarrr/async_server.py:
Implement some more server methods.
I actually tested it on list_view/thread_view and
it makes things so much more responsive! (even without
any additional caching)
* client/yarrr/deck.py:
Need to return 0 to the server callbacks (they are idle_add)
