* source/index.htrw: Fixed minor typos and formatting issues.
* admin/gimp-web-urls: added links to HACKING, README and
README.i18n on http://developer.gimp.org/.
* develop/index.htrw: use the appropriate links. Still missing a
link to README.win32.
* source/howtos/stable-cvs-build.htrw: Udate for GIMP 2.2. Fixed
broken link to HACKING file, updated version numbers of required
packages.
* bugs/howtos/bugzilla.htrw: Fixed broken links.
