* src/FolderExport.cs: write out the stylesheet from a resource,
bump the page count.
* icons/Makefile.am: add the stylesheet to the build.
* icons/f-spot-simple-white.css: add static export stylesheet.
* src/Makefile.am: add the stylesheet as a resource.
