Log message:
* Add multi-thread operation test for getting changes, test interleaved
with adds.
* Web client is officially on hold, check in last (big, broken) changes
toward a testable web client, but we shouldn't be expecting it to
work at this point.
* DefaultMethods.addTopic() now comes in a delicious "no parent ID needed"
flavour
* Update python server.add_topic() to allow for the parentID to be None.
* Create DefaultMethodsMultiThreadTests, a TestCase that hits the server with
multiple concurrent calls of various sorts and tests (with expected completion
speeds).
